The property is very well maintained. There is a fantastic swimming pool for exercising and the beach is great for snorkeling. The building is close enough to La Paz to drive to the city center in 10 minutes, yet far enough away to provide a very peaceful escape. Bravo!

Absolutely stunning location on a public beach. The public beach, however, is usually very quiet. The unit itself was very clean and very beautiful. The location is excellent for easy access to La Paz but also far enough a way to bevery quiet and relaxing. We made use of the sea kayaks on two mornings when the sea was calm, which was a nice addition. The kitchen was well stocked. Generally, everything was pretty perfect.

The property is stunning, great location for beaches, the Malecon, and resort amenities accessible with the golf cart; nice feature! The new resort owners are placing more restrictions on access by renters which may make some of the features of the resort inaccessible. Overall an outstanding property.

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. The condo has every amenity you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, charcoal BBQ grill, beach chairs and umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Located right on a beautiful swimmable beach. Five minute walk to beach club, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.

Loved seeing the sunsets from the extensive deck. We enjoyed eating dinner on the deck while the sun was setting. Unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had adequate utensils and amenities to cook our own meals. Secure condo building next to La Concha Hotel with helpful staff. We so enjoyed walking along the boardwalk each morning to get in our daily exercise. We did not have a rental car this time, but would definitely rent one next time to explore the area and beaches further afield. We would stay here again.
