My wife and I spent a wonderful 14 days at this place. The listing describes the place perfectly. It's quiet, well-located, and the hosts are friendly, responsive, and rarely around. We will be back for sure.
It's perfect for anyone looking to be close to Los Olivos, Solvang, Santa Ynez, and of course Ballard.
It's a 15-minute walk to the Ballard Inn and Bob's Well bakery, both I highly recommend as well.
