Santo Spirito condos

Our family enjoyed this unique apartment. The kids stayed in the loft and enjoyed being on their own level. (I wouldn't have tiny kids up there, but great for our 13 and 10-year-olds). The swing chair was also a hit! The place was nice and quiet in a nice neighbourhood away from the really touristy parts of Florence. A bus stop is right across the street if the 20ish minute walk into the main tourist areas of Florence is too much. The space was bright and beautifully decorated. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only tiny negative from my family was how bright it was in the mornings but that got us up and moving early. I feel like we made a great choice staying here.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable space that is remarkable quiet. The location is a great location for touring the city by foot or by bus.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. But most importantly it is in the typical, authentic part of Firenze. Still five minutes walk to Palazzo Pitti and Piazza Santo Spirito, but also full of small stores where the locals shop and not just ones for tourists. Overall great experience.

A cute little apartment in a wonderful area. Sonia was incredibly organized from the initial booking through to meeting us at arrival. Communication was very easy. She took the time to go through the entire apartment with us until we were comfortable. Tea, coffee and condiments were all available for our use. She is very knowledgeable of the city and recommended some fabulous restaurants. Make sure to visit Napoleonis and Trattoria BBQ…delicious meals within walking distance. The small garden outside is such a welcome addition…perfect place for coffee in the morning. The apartment is within walking distance to anything in the city and it was nice to stay across the Arno, away from the crowds.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, very clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 3. All equipment that we needed to prepare meals after long days of exploring was provided and if we didn't feel like cooking, there were many restaurants nearby. The proximity to the historical centre was ideal, and the quiet neighbourhood was great to come back to at the end of the day. Alessandra is a wonderful host; excellent communications, helpful and provided very useful recommendations and information to introduce us to Florence. Anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet apartment that's close to major attractions (Uffizi, Boboli Gardens, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio) would be pleased to stay here.
