Humberto’s place was great. Walking distance to everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, and a wonderful patio for enjoying the absolutely amazing view. The area is full of walking paths and beaches, and we really enjoyed walking to the local fish market most mornings. There is a grocery store (Spar) about 5 minutes away with a good selection, and nice wines at very low prices.

This property exceeded our expectations. Patios that gave us morning and afternoon sun, beautiful golf course views, lovely resort development. Only (minor) disappointments were limited TV options and a rusty charcoal barbecue grill, but we had so many options for dining out in Old Town Lagos, it was probably a blessing that we didn't cook dinners in. Overall, a wonderul week.

We were very pleased with our stay at Martin’s condo. He was so lovely to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiries or request we made. The condo is very cosy and well equipped, and in one of the best locations in Alvor. We highly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks. The condo was sparkling clean, probably the cleanest place we have ever rented. I loved the size of the unit, it worked out perfectly for us. Since we eat in more than we eat out, I found the kitchen well equipped and a good size for preparing meals. We also found no issue with parking in September. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is exactly as described. Everything that is needed for a comfortable stay is there. Nelson and Paula are wonderful people, very helpful in making suggestions for day trips and sightseeing, Nelson sends us all information right down to google map. He took us on a tour around town on our first day. We were lucky that on our last day at Olhao, Nelson had to go to Faro, he very generously offered to give us a ride to the bus station.
We would stay at Nelson's place again. If you coming to Olhao, book his place. You will love it too.
