Merritt Island condos

I would stay here instantly if headed back to Florida. The place was perfect and included all the amenities!! Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys for kiddos. Truly you wouldn’t have wanted anything. Absolutely loved our stay!!

The place was as we expected based on the listing. We were very pleased with the property and the location of it.

We wanted beach time when attending a conference in Orlando so we came to Cocoa beach This place was perfect for what we needed, clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to communicate with the owner, access to boogie boards and beach towels, plus an outdoor area to sit outside. We were comfortable and found it convenient.

My family loved being at this location, had fun like no other vacation. I can truly say they felt at home. The house was clean, well organized and very charming. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen functional and easy to use (plenty of space). They felt happy in this beautiful house and on the gorgeous beach. The proximity to the beach, 20 seconds to have our feet in the sand, was an absolute plus to the vacation, we were regularly on the beach even at night - and felt completely safe. The hosts were easily available, courteous and nice. The kids had so much fun there that we didn’t even go to Disney (45 minute drive from that location). Thank you for the stay! This is the cutest, cleanest place I’ve stayed in. The beach access is perfect. It’s small but has everything and more for two people. The manager reached out but we never needed a thing. We absolutely loved our stay.

This was a perfect stay, close to the beach and super clean! It is small but nothing unexpected it’s described in the listing. Was able to use the kitchen and had all beach items you could ever need!
