Vacation rentals near Point Walter Reserve

Property was as advertised and we had a wonderful stay. Check in process was very simple and the hosts did a great job of communicating with us. Property is located in a great area within short walking distance to Scarborough beach and we were able to walk to Trigg beach as well. Many restaurants are located really close to the property and the area has a great night market (Thursday - Saturday). Underground parking provided makes it super easy to access and the the location is great if you have a rental car to drive to various different tourist destinations (Fremantle, Cottesloe, etc...). Both the indoor and outdoor pools were very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to book this property again if we are ever lucky enough to visit the Perth area in the future.

Loved the location for our three night stay in Perth. Trevor met us on arrival and told us all that we needed to know. The accommodation was perfect for us and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Loved that we could catch up with a load of laundry and everything we needed to prepare a home cooked meal. A very pleasant surprise was the bread, milk, butter and jame supplied as well as other staples . Thanks for a wonderful stay! There were also many brochures and bus schedules to help us get around. The location was quiet but close to restaurants and stores as well as a very short walk to the train station. We highly recommend this Subiaco apartment for a trip to Perth. Such a beautiful city. The A/C was also much appreciated to help us keep cool in the hot summer weather.

Maybe the best value I've seen so far. Spotless,. modern, the unit had everything I needed for a very comfortable couple weeks, plus loads of extras. Free transit at the doorstep, beautiful garden park next door. Helen was a great host. 10/10
