Playacar beach rentals

We had a wonderful stay at Xaman Ha with our 4 kids and parents (8 people total). We almost don’t want to tell others about this gem because it is just perfect. The location is absolutely the best. A beautiful beach and pool view because both are right outside the door. The pool bar staff are awesome and make great drinks. You can walk to 5th avenue in minutes but you can hear anything from the condo. We had everything we needed in the suite. It was better than the photos. Ask for Robin if you want groceries or a meal prepared. He’s lovely. Thank you!! We will be back!

We brought our 21 - year old twins, 29 year old daughter and partner . Twins slept in loft…small but they were just happy to be on vacation. Clean. Well equipped. Easy access to pool and ocean.

We stayed 3 weeks at this beautiful house. Location was perfect, house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, soaps, toilet paper etc. We used the 2 bikes for groceries and the beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas plus numerous beach toys.House keepers were excellent and there was a guy at the house daily if we had any problems. Overall it was excellent!

Had a great stay at Mark and Laurie's place for New Year's 2025! The condo and grounds are beautiful, the neighbours friendly, and the pool relaxing. Mark was very quick in responding to any requests we had, would love to make the trip back there in the future. Thanks!

Our stay at the condo and experience with Erin was the best we’ve had with an Airbnb or VRBO rental. The condo is exactly as the pictures show and was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We were very impressed with how quickly the property manager responded to all of our questions and needs.The location of the condo is ideal with beach access directly across the road. The entire complex is very well maintained with staff cleaning the pool and working on the grounds daily.I highly recommend a stay at Erin’s condo!!

Very nice condo in a great location. Playacar Phase 1 is a quaint and quiet area on a beautiful beach. It’s a pleasant walk to town, but taxis are easy to get as well. The photos provided are accurate. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

My husband, kids and friends with 2 kids recently had the pleasure of staying for a week at this beautiful residence. The location is excellent, close to everything (minutes to the beach and a short walk to town) but the area is quiet and well kept. The house is beautiful, has recently been renovated with a real attention to detail. The concierge was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Frequent housekeeping, the gorgeous rooftop terrace and the added services (organized our shuttle, stocked the fridge, meal service and babysitting) made the stay luxurious.
