Property was as expected! The layout (as mentioned by some) could be a bit odd depending on the group booking this, but it worked no problem for our family of 5 with 3 young kids. The only odd thing really is having to go through one of the bathrooms to access the large bedroom, it wasn’t a problem for us at all though. We would stay here again no problem if visiting San Diego

The property is stunning and the hosts included more amenities then we could have even thought to ask for. We enjoyed everything at the house as well as many of the hosts local recommendations. Truly a gem all around!

Totally welcoming and blessed vast private quiet space, with own garage, easy walk to the beach. Designed with to meet our every need, and more. Also loved being back in San Diego/La Jolla with easy speedy highway access to the entire area. WONDERFUL! Thank you SO MUCH!!

I have only good things to say about this duplex. It was very clean with good bedding, well supplied and everything one could need in the kitchen. It was close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend it.

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a lovely time. Marilyn was extremely helpful and prompt in addressing all of our questions. The property is well maintained and clean...we had no issues from start to finish. We really liked the feel of the place -- very quiet with great privacy inside and on the terrace. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and all of the technology worked well. The property is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, coffee places etc etc! Enjoy!
