Perfect location. Perfect spot. Enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay, house was in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to everything. House is spacious and has everything you could need. Only thing that I could say needs improvements in the carpet has some large stains and the pool deck was a bit dirty other than that the house was very clean. Would stay again for sure!!!

We stayed here as a family of four in March 2023 and were very happy. The heated pool was great, especially for my young kids. We had everything we needed, stocked kitchen, bedding, towels, and even some cold beer and wine was provided which was a nice touch. The canal was great, was pleasantly surprised by the marine life, including dolphins. If I am being picky, could use a new bbq, and there were some screen panels missing on the roof of the lanai. but these were minor concerns. Would definitely come back.

This place is a gem, nicely appointed and located. Close to beach and some good places to eat. Clean and bright, lots of fun!

This historic cottage is beautifully preserved and decorated in a luxurious beach cottage interior. The gourmet kitchen and appliances open up to a great room overlooking the beautiful Sarasota Bay with stunning views. From outdoor dining, bird watching and kayaking there is plenty to do onsite as well as local restaurants in the historic village of Cortez to enjoy. A superb top notch vacation. The property owner and manager are readily available, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!
