Central location. Easy to communicate with Tom who gave great recommendations for the area. Apartment was actually larger than I would have thought. Lively modernize apartment. Everything that one would require. Washer/dryer was much appreciated. Enjoyed the supply of coffee. Certainly would recommend this VRBO

Pristine lakefront property nestled in the trees - our guesthouse was clean, quiet and very comfortable. At night the sound of crickets lulled us to sleep and in the morning there was a small family of deer passing through. Janis is an amazing, thoughtful hostess and we will definitely be coming back!

We had a super stay at Julie and Gio’s. Despite arriving during a downpour they greeted us and were available to help get us settled. Julie even had the fireplace going for a cozy welcome. Julie was very accommodating and checked in with us, via email, a few times to ensure we had everything we needed. The unit is clean, spacious and well-appointed with everything you would need from kitchen items, linens and general comfort items. Despite sharing the property with Julie and Gio, we felt we had lots of privacy. Had the weather cooperated, we would have enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks that were set out for our use. The view of the lake is awesome and having the undercover outdoor sitting area helped us to enjoy that, even in cooler temperatures. We would definitely recommend a stay in this unit.

I was blown away by all the consideration that has gone into this little place. Chargers, bandaids, condiments, q-tips …..I could list a hundred additional things! There were plenty of linens and towels, a full stocked kitchen including staples like spices and oils. Will definitely be back!

We go to Sproat Lake each year with our F1 race team and this home was so beautifully set up. We found some time during the busy weekend to enjoy the pool and rhe massage chair was a hit. I was able to make some good meals for the team in a very well organized kitchen. And lastly the games room was a ton of fun! I hadnt played pinball or shuffleboard in a long time. Thank you, the service and response to questions was exceptional. We definately would book with you again and recommend this property to others. Sandra

Our group of 18 adults had the best time staying at this property for 3 nights over New Years Eve. The lodge is exceptional and everyone raves about the ease of cooking for such a large group in the well appointed kitchen. Cool river dips just down the stairs to start every morning was a blast and the hot tub helped afterwards! The bedrooms were all very comfortable with great beds and wonderful private bathrooms. Can’t recommend staying here highly enough!
