Vacation rentals near Violin Lake

We had a fabulous time in Rossland. Our accommodation was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. Alan & Lisa were awesome hosts. Their attention to detail was over the top. Location was also perfect for a mountain bike getaway. Can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the ski-in-ski-out convenience of this property. it had a well outfitted kitchen, comfy beds, and was very clean. Of course, the hot tub was great after a day of skiing.

We stayed for a week of skiing at Red Mtn and the place met all of our needs. It was beautiful but not fussy, with lots of space and storage for humans and gear. Will rent again!

As advertised. Spacious, comfortable. Awesome entrance for all your ski gear. Walk across the parking lot to the hill. All amenities you need in condo. There was construction of new building next door starting at 7am, but didn't really bother us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this residence. The shelves in the bedrooms are very handy for holding suitcase contents. Very close to all amenities in Rossland and a 5 minute drive to Red Mountain Resort. The property manager Melanie was very responsive and helpful when we tripped a circuit breaker in the great room. Instructions were clear and concise. We will definitely come back in the future.

Excellent roomy suite with all the kitchen basics. We appreciated the wood stove and the drying rack after each day of adventure. Holly was always accessible and friendly. We hope to visit again.

Very modern and beautiful house that is fully equipped. Communications with host were perfect. Would definitely consider staying again. One point I’d like to elaborate on is the location. We saw the distance to red mountain explained in prior reviews and those were on point. One aspect I wasn’t sure about ahead of time was whether the route to walk to the mountain was busy with traffic. What we found was that the road to walk to the mountain was very quiet with a car passing once every few minutes, so we found it to be a relatively easy walk, and that’s how we went skiing each day

Great place, close to hills (easy uphill walk, about 250m), nicely equipped.
