Vacation rentals near Deer Island Point Lighthouse

The Carriage House is just as it looks in the pictures, modern, clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hosts, Karen and Keith, did everything to make our stay enjoyable and even provided some delicious homemade treats.The Carriage House was a perfect spot to come home to after a day of touring around the St. Andrews area. Things that made it extra special included picking and eating vegetables from the large garden, relaxing on the upper deck, and kayaking. We definitely want to come back and will recommend it to family and friends!

We had a really great time at the Donovan residence and in St Andrew’s. The house was very clean, comfortable with lots of gracious space and views and it was in a great location for getting everywhere and there were many activities around to entertain our 15 month old. The property manager was very responsive and fixed some issues right away. We felt very welcome, thank you!

It was a wonderful place to stay — very clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The hot tub was clean, Warm and big . I would happily come back!

Great space with two good bedrooms, impressive shower and super common area, allowing for good hang out space.Would strongly recommend to others. Projector screen and coffee bar were nice pieces.

A perfect location to relax and enjoy the scenery. The Carriage house is decorated and equipped perfectly. The short walk to the water is a bonus. And if looking for restaurants etc its another short drive, but we were happy to stay put. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a low key getaway. Neil and Debbie were very helpful and pleasant.

We had a great stay at the Rooster Cottage. So many extras that made it special. From the charming decor to the colorful tea cups. The host thought of everything. Coffee on the deck, watching the seals. Boats sailing by. The simple quiet moments listening to the waves. A very private location, but only a short drive to restaurants and fun activities. We love Saint Andrews and this home was the perfect way for our family to all be together to enjoy it. We love the old homes and historic feel of the area. This home has a rich history with a great blend of modern amenities yet with a historic feeling. The house was spotless and very well looked after. All of the rooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom which is a great feature. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. Dierdra was so pleasant and helpful from the very start. She answered all of our questions and even helped with some great suggestions. We really can’t say enough good things about the house and the host. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
