Nice quiet location, well stocked and comfy.

Great location with easy access to halifax, peggy's cove, and the south shore. Basement walk out apartment was clean and had everything required with some nice touches of coffee and tea, shampoo and soap. Big patio doors let in a lot of light. The sunset over the river was pretty. Would have been nice to sit by the river but it wasn't really set up for that.

Convenient for attending Dalhousie graduation

If you are looking for something a little different, this is the place for you. The shared spaces are fantastic (beautiful plants and decor), plus there are 2 beautiful outside spaces: backyard with hot tub and sauna; large rooftop patio with lounge seating and fantastic view.There is a large shared kitchen area, which is well stocked. I was surprised that there was even a bar area, where you can purchase alcohol. A welcome snack awaited me, plus breakfast was served at the time I asked. Delicious coffee!My room was just as pictured - very modern and lots of room. I loved the electric blinds for privacy and darkness, but when opened the room is bright and airy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot.

Had a great stay in this unit. The access to the apartment was very easy. The apartment is small but well designed. The accomodations are exactly as depicted in photos. Clean and very quiet. The living room furniture and the bed are very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very nice and very quiet and close to all amenities. The host, Ahmed, is very attentive and goes out of his way to make your stay a pleasant one. We would recommend this unit and will use it again.

We needed an accessible place to stay with (walker not wheelchair) family for a short visit to Halifax. The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The neighnourhhod was very convenient for groceries and take out.We didn’t use parking or any building facilities. There is a convenient fast food parking which made easier access to taxis with our mobility issues.Great bread and bagel place across the street.A few minor points, condo construction (we found interesting to watch) nearby might bother others (early flood lights on crane) and building dial-in entrance was temperamental (provided fob always worked).We would be very pleased to stay again, Lower cost than train/harbour hotels and easy enough to get where you need to go by cab.

This property is amazing, cozy, clean, great quiet neighborhood. It was also very well stocked with all the comforts of home and more. The kings size bed was very comfortable and the pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake. Made for a wonderful stay. The host was always available and eager to please, making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.
