Vacation rentals near Spondo Lake

Lived in Mahone Bay for a while in 1981. Still such a picturesque town and beautiful coastline to explore.The lovely unit of Pam and David’s was clean, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, short walk to the main town. Private and elegant, parking, good Wifi, felt like home. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

We spent a few days in Mahone Bay as part of our eastern road trip. Enjoyed the stay, very convenient location. And a short distance for a day trip into Lunenburg, Blue Rocks, and beaches.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I must say it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with fresh baked pastries and a bag of fantastic coffee. The check-in process was smooth, and Mylene was very accommodating, providing us with all the necessary information about the property and the surrounding area. The home and property are immaculate, with a tasteful decor that makes it feel like a home away from home. The living space is spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in. The location is perfect as it is just a short drive down the road to Mahone Bay and Lunenberg. The best of both worlds; lake and ocean. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home and property, which are too numerous to list! Property was excellent. The host thought of everything for the guests. Beautiful scenic beach.

This beautiful property in Chester Basin was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a family vacation. We particularly enjoyed the back deck and boat dock which allowed us to explore Mahone Bay in our motor boat. The Sea Shanty restaurant, a 2 minute boat ride away, was a highlight. Minutes from Chester with all the amenities, this is the perfect holiday answer.

We had an excellent stay at the cottage. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated and very clean. The hosts are excellent, they answered all of my questions. It is in a quiet location, and a short walk to the town. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
