Everyone was so nice and accomodating and the animals were friendly and approachable. Can't complain abput anything. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful relaxing week in the Lake House while there were renovations going on in our own home. The property is located right on the shores of Lake Ontario and the view from the family room is truly spectacular. The owner is a wonderful host, very responsive to answer any questions and ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible.The house is well equipped with modern appliances and is beautifully decorated and maintained.The area is very quiet and in a charming neighborhood.If you are looking for a place to escape and relax by the water I would strongly recommend the Lake House.

Overall, a great getaway for the family. The only issue of note was that not all the beds had proper bed linens. We hadn’t brought any as the ad indicated they were provided, but a quick trip to Winners solved it for us. The house, the view, and the experience was wonderful.

This listing was PERFECT for what we needed. It was exactly as listed. Everything work well, tons of space and very clean. We attended the Spartan races in Orono at Brimacombe for the weekend and location was only a 15 minute drive which was perfect. Communication with the host was impeccable and he was more the accommodating with information and any requests. Very quick to respond and even checked in after our first night. I was very impressed. Only downfall is the train noise at night. If you’re a light sleeper I would bring a white noise solutions. I did but it’s quite loud still. Other than that I would stay here again without hesitation. Value is great! 4 adults stayed.

The cottage matched how it looked online! The view was beautiful, and the host was very responsible and responded very quickly to all of our questions during the stay.
