Vacation rentals near Perry's Pond

We stayed here for 2 nights after our wedding that took place nearby & it was the perfect mini escape! It had everything we needed & the view was beautiful!

We rented this home last year & couldn’t wait to return! We came with our daughter, son in law & three grandchildren ages 10,8 & 3. The house is spacious, comfortable & gorgeous! We hiked on the trail right outside the door & despite wet weather we loved our misty family walk! The kids skied with friends close by & we loved returning to our warm cosy house! Thank you Laurie & Sunil for making our stay so memorable!

We had a great stay, everything we needed was present and check in and out was a breeze. Good location from which to enjoy all that the area has to offer!

Had a great time over a fall weekend with 8 adults. The property is close to hiking trails which we took advantage of, the hot tub was super clean. Everything was clean and well kept. We didn't read the listing very well and thought that the four bedrooms each had at least a double in it, but we didn't realize that one bedroom is only a twin. Property might not be the best for four married couples unless people are ok with sharing a room between two or three couples. We figured it out anyways and had a great time!

Myself and three friends stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this cottage! The furniture was comfortable without crowding the space, and the sheets were very soft. Everyone reported that they slept well both nights. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to prepare our own food (although we also enjoyed several local restaurants and take-out options). The chairs on the dock were a great addition and the private beach would be great in the summer. Perhaps my favourite feature was the wood stove in the living room, which warmed the space and smelled wonderful. The unit is large and each room has its own heating source. Given that the floors are tile, you will want socks or slippers if you are worried about cold feet. My only suggestion for improvement is a deep cleaning. For example, the bathroom walls need a scrub, and the furniture in the living room needs a thorough vacuuming. I would love to return to this property in the near future. My friends and I are already talking about making it an annual trip!

Our family had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect - lots of space, and everything you would want in a rental. The best of country living while close enough to the town to get what you need. Fran and James were so responsive. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the property!

The place was exactly as listed and Hilary was a great host. There were twelve of us (3 families of four) and the kids age ranged from 7-10. There were lots of space for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils and even small appliances! The outdoor space was beautiful (less the mosquitoes!). This is one of the best place we’ve rented and would be back again if available.

Paula and Lynn are great hosts who offer a great property with magnificent views. The property has its own walking trails , pond and fire pit . This is a such relaxing place it was easy to unwind.
