Vacation rentals near Ottawa River Provincial Park

We had a great time and found the cottage well equipped and property well maintained. Lots of toys for adults on the river: paddle boards, kayaks, canoe and peddle boats! AC in the cottage was a welcome relief during the heatwave and the beds were very comfortable!

The surroundings are clean and beautiful...This is a 5 star vacation property with gifts on the island when you arrive..Anisley was there if needed but we were more than content..The 6 of us ranged from seniors down to a 7 year old.Thank you so much Anisley for sharing the lodge with us.

We really enjoyed this comfortable cottage. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The lake was beautiful and calm making kayaking easy. Bring your own water shoes to enjoy the lake but if you forget there are some available in the cottage. Great WiFi so perfect for work and play.

This place is a gem. Great cottage but also the nature is beautiful. We went kayaking and paddle boarding every day: quiet bay no motor boat. The kids had a blast on the giant floating carpets and the adults too. Also, the screen porch is perfect for game night. We will definitely return!

The cottage was perfect for our grown up family - fully equipment kitchen, bbq - everything we needed. The sunroom/porch was well used and very comfy (during the rain days). The new dock worked great for the boats and we enjoyed the river and the fish fry. Great spot - thank you

Stayed 10 days with 5 adults & 2 small children under five. The hosts were friendly, helpful & easily reachable. Family home atmosphere -big enough to escape the crowd & cozy enough for family entertainment. Outdoor activities - canoeing, kayaking, building sandcastles, swing set, sauna, Indoor games galore for rainy days. Mosquitoes & some poison ivy were noted but the same was noted at a nearby must-see : Bonnechere Caves. Cottage was very clean. Full kitchen & lots of cupboard space. We all loved our stay for different reasons. Five stars ++. We're thinking of renting again next year!!

An outstanding stay over May 24 weekend. Lovely loft, so cozy and comfortable that even during a day filled with rain we had a wonderful time. Great hosts, full of information and very respectful of your privacy. Can't wait to come back again!!!!
