The highlight of this property is its location. The very swimmable beach is within view and just a few hundred steps away. You can not have closer accommodation. If the ocean is not your thing there are three pools in the courtyard just outside the door of L1.Inside the unit everything you require for day to day living is there. Everything works. The washer and dryer was a nice touch.The unit is a little older but the beds and couches are still comfortable. Most importantly Ron was quick to respond when we had an issue with our AC and the problem was rectified in a couple of hours.We also appreciated the lengthy and descriptive report on activities available to us that was sent before our arrival. It helped in our planning.

Absolutely loved this condo! The place has high end furnishings, beds are super comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. Pools are well cared for and the beach is right off the property.Location is perfect and you will never get tired of the sunsets. Seth (owner) and the property manager were quick to respond to any question. Staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.
