The house was very private with an amazing pool and outdood area. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds.

It doesn't get better than this! Case De Las Mariposas is truly a remarkable place in the midst of paradise. The house is located on a high elevation overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It is surrounded by tropical landscape and mountains. Mornings we could hear howler monkeys. Toucans were perched in the palms eating the berries. Flocks of parrots flew by. Tropical birds were our visitors.The house is stunning. Grand gates open up to a vista of stunning beauty. The property is beautifully landscaped. The house boasts luxury. Inside the panoramic windows show off the view. Every detail has been well thought of. Lovely functioning kitchen, cozy bedrooms, comfortable dining and sitting areas. The outside areas are incredible. This is where we wanted to be all the time. The pool and hot tub give the outdoor space a spa feel. The air felt fresh. The sound of nature was relaxing. The visiting birds were most welcome. Lounging chairs offered poolside relaxation. When the sun got hot, the covered sitting areas provided shade without obstructing the view and natural landscape.This property is unforgettable and will leave a cherished memory of your vacation.The villa is high up on the mountain. You will need a true 4x4 vehicle due to the road. The town nearby offers amenities, groceries, nice restaurants. Thank you for sharing this cherished piece of paradise. Did not disappoint! Uvita is a beautiful area, with so many things to do! This is a beautiful property with lush surroundings, incredible views, and amazing location!! 15 min from Uvita, great restaurants, grocery shopping, bakeries, cafes…, everything you would need. Daily sightings of monkeys, birds, butterflies, geckos. House is beautifully appointed, and very comfortable, with multiple seating options outside, beautiful pool with a view of the ocean and whales tail! 4wd recommended for the drive in, and steep driveway. Worth the drive!! Property management is very attentive, we had 1 small issue, that was resolved within 30 minutes! Made reservations for a tour for us, and were very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. This was our second visit, and definitely will not be our last!! Thank you yet again Casa Namaste! Already looking forward to returning.

Our honeymoon stay in Costa Rica at Villa Cascadas was absolutely unforgettable. The villa, the location and stunning views played a huge part in making it so special. The place was even more stunning in person than in the photos—truly idyllic! The location was perfect, offering total privacy and easy access to both nature and local attractions. From breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings, we couldn’t have asked for a more magical place to celebrate our new chapter. Highly recommend!

Wow, wow and more wow! Casa Bambu is a special, special place, and we were so fortunate to spend 6 magical days there. Peggy was wonderful answering my questions and providing recommendations before we arrived (and yes, get the 4x4 - you need it. I’ve been driving Costa Rican roads for 14 years, and the road up is no joke. But it becomes an incredible part of the adventure!) Jorge and Trina (property managers) were amazing and answered any questions we had. And the HOUSE!! The view is spectacular. You feel really secluded in a private, natural, calm, quiet oasis. We loved cooling off in the pool, sunsets on the loungers, morning time on the covered veranda watching the toucans, beautiful dinners in the eating nook and pre-sunrise snuggles in the beautifully appointed bedroom with the spectacular view. You have everything there that you need to chill, relax, cook great meals and connect with nature. If Casa Bambu is available, grab it! You will leave relaxed, re-energized and definitely believing in magic!

We have been visiting the Uvita region for 10 years. This was one of the best villas and experiences we have had. The owners are extremely responsive (Thanks so much Brenda!) & the property manager, Trina (& her assistant Jorge) are always most helpful! The accommodations were simply excellent. It is obvious that Brenda & Alf also stay and use the villa as there was not much missing relative to the amenities (this makes a difference versus places that are solely for rental use). The view is spectacular! Great pool and patio area. The mountain climb is one of the toughest in Uvita but that is something that we love! A sincere "thank you" to Brenda, Alf, Trina and Jorge for a wonderful vacation stay! Jeremy (and Nathalie)
