We loved our stay! Spacious, clean with beautiful views. Loved being by the water within a minute walk to the ocean. Most well equipped cottage we have stayed at. Everything you could possibly need was there. The hosts were wonderful to deal with. We would highly recommend.

Overall, our stay was great!!! The property manager was very responsive once we found her contact information. I think that we missed a check-in email with all of the check-in, check-out, and property manager information. The location to the beach was amazing and they provided everything needed for ease of a family beach stay (wagon, beach chairs, and beach towels, etc). Highly recommend!

It is 2 minutes from the beach. There is a nice sandy beach about 5 minutes walk away. The beach is private but with access. Lots of restaurants within 15 minutes drive.
The only view of the ocean is from upstairs between the houses, but it is visible from there at least.
The communication from Michelle was excellent! We mentioned needing a kettle and she brought us one. The kitchen is not new but recently repainted. There is no dishwasher but the Keurig and microwave were very helpful. The Air conditioner upstairs was appreciated.
The only complaint is there were lots of mosquitoes.
