Kite Beach Hotel vacation rentals

Great location - steps to Kite Beach. Perfect for launching/landing kites, or for those who just want to watch the action. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds are super comfy, nice furnishings. The wifi was fast and rock solid. We had no issues with video conferencing, netflix, etc. The complex is nice. It has a good vibe. Friendly - but not a wild party town. Quiet and easy to sleep at night. Felt very safe. AC works well - but we almost never needed it as there was always a nice breeze from the beach. Would definitely stay again. Mark and Yesenia were great hosts.

The place is amazing, tor us the patio was the best place. The kitchen was well equipped and rooms are very comfortable with all private BR. The owner was very responsive, Definitely will come back

My wife and I stayed at the Fravel's beautiful appartment working remotely for a month. We've stayed at Palacio Atlantico before in another unit. We love the location, just down from the main action from Kite Beach so a little quieter. The unit is well equipped and very well laid out. Excellent quality internet speeds so working was never an issue. The unit over looks the spectacular gardens and the ocean. The pool area is sublime. For kiters there is a ground floor storage room which makes packing up after a kite session super easy. We had the opportunity to meet with Ben and family while we were there which was great too. The building has only 6 units so is always peaceful. We love Kite Beach which has a real community feel and we'll never stay anywhere else when returning to Cabarete. Finally, we must mention Kathy and the rest of the staff. They are all wonderfully friendly and very attentive and we look forward to seeing them all again next year!

Great villa situated on kite beach not far from Cabarette, it comes with all the amenities required, great stay for our family. Jenny was great, some of us got massages from her and they loved it.

This is the second time we've stayed at Michael and Alecia's wonderful place. We loved it so much we came back for two months (staying one month here). The spot is unbeatable, steps to the beach, amazing gardens, quiet pool area and the unit itself is remarkably well equipped. Michael and Alecia are wonderful hosts and we had the opportunity to meet them in person. There are only 6 units in the whole building so it is always quiet. For kiteboarders there is a main floor storage room which is very convenient. The unit itself has been beautifully remodeled and is so bright and airy. And the view... watch the kites fly by sitting on the balcony overlooking the most amazing gardens. Kite beach has a wonderful community feel and we'll never stay anywhere else while visiting Cabarete. And of course, all the staff are so friendly and work hard keeping the property clean and tidy. We can't wait to come back!
