Even though we arrived later in the evening around 10 pm, Santiago (our host) was there to greet us and give us a tour of the apartment and the facilities. The apartment was beautiful and very welcoming with fresh flowers on the dining room table. Santiago was very helpful in organizing our airport transfer both from and to the airport for our departing flight. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, foil paper, celaphane and napkins. There were plenty of cleaning products and garbage bags. The appliances were modern and worked very well.The bedrooms were spacious with very comfy beds. There was a generous number of towels and extra sheets and blankets. Off of the kitchen, there is a full laundryroom and again laundry soap and drier sheets were there for our use.The livingroom and diningroom were spacious and comfortable with ample seating for six people.The principle bedroom, kitchen and livingroom had a lovely balcony for morning coffee or evening wine. The view of the surrounding mountains was beautiful.On the fifth floor, the pool and hottubs were great after a day of being out on the town. Overall, our host did not skip on any creature comforts to make this the best stay. Everything was clean and tidy inside the apartment. The lobby and halls were spotless and very well monitored with cameras and very friendly desk security.We would recommend this stay and give it a full 10 out of 10.

Was the perfect place to stay for 3 couples. The location was central. Many restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores! Communications with the host prior to check in was very good. Santiago was accessible and responsive. He immediately addressed a clogged shower drain. I highly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Quito.

Beautiful unit with a European vibe, stunning gardens, walking distance to the heart of the historic centre and the friendliest hosts. Safe and secure, fully equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

It was a pleasure to deal with Wolfgang and Annemarie. Their property is a magical oasis just a short walk from Old Town Quito, multiple restaurants, bakeries, corner stores, etc. They have lovingly restored their compound, paying attention to every detail - right down to fresh cut flowers placed in each suite from the beautiful gardens on the property. Especially enjoyed relaxing in front of the wood burning stove after a day of exploration - used to take the chill out of the cool Quito evenings. Can not wait to return.
