Our adult family group of 7, ages 52-78, had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Plenty of space with lots to spare. Well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, utensils and pots and pans.Walking in you become aware that this is a loved family vacation home. Our group has stayed in multiple VRBO properties before and recognize when thought has been put in by the owner to make the property user friendly. Loved it and will stay here again!!

It has all the comfort of home, except bed sheet and bath towels.Close to a nice private beach which we have access.We enjoy the family time at Riverside.The Property manager is quick to address a small problem of the stove.

Very nice property. Well appointed with everything that you need. Clean and comfortable. The big deck faces west so you get lots of sun in the evening. Less than five minute walk to the main beach or the strip with shops, bars, etc. Communication with the owner was very clear and quick. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be near the beach!

We had a wonderful time despite the rainy weather. The kids enjoyed everything from the hot tub to darts to lounging in the sunroom. The cottage was very clean and tidy. We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed a special weekend with family at the Kayak Cottage. This is charming property and beautiful setting. We kayaked, hiked, swam and enjoyed sunsets at the beach.

Can’t wait to go back!

Our family had a really great time. The place had a real cottage feel and was very clean and spacious. The location was picturesque and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely go back!
