This location provided for a dream vacation away from reality. There are actually 4 bedrooms instead of just the 2 that are listed. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and had more than enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans. The macrame chairs overlooking the water are perfect for relaxing and the beds are all comfortable. We enjoyed the board games and puzzles as well. Would definitely book again!

Spotlessly clean and nicely set out. Hot tub was heaven! Very close to absolutely everything. Neighbourhood is quiet as a mouse. Highly recommend this rental. Not good for those with a mobility issue. Great communication with the owner.

We enjoyed our stay. Well appointed cottage. Very thought on the part of the owners. Good location. The only downside was that it raises the bar on expectations on our next trip elsewhere.

My university-aged daughter and I recently enjoyed a short stay at the Balm Beach Cozy cottage. The cottage owner was very responsive and flexible in providing us with an early check-in, and a booking that was a couple of days shorter than a full week. We found the cottage to be very clean and well-provisioned with all the essentials that we required. The location was generally very quiet and not too far (~5 minute walk) from the beach access.There was ample hot water for indoor showers, and even a convenient outdoor shower for clean-ups after trips to the beach. The living room had a number of comfortable couches and a TV/internet setup that allowed us to easily connect a laptop/DVD player. All in all, a very cozy family cottage indeed. Thank you.
