New Smyrna Beach family rentals

Stayed here to attend the 2025 Daytona 500. Excellent oceanfront location close to Daytona. Love NSB! This condo is top notch!

Everything was perfect!! The condo, the location, the beach, the sunrises, the weather!! If we ever go back..or when we go back.. I want the same condo!! I believe it’s the best spot at that location!! Thanks for sharing this little piece of heaven!!

The condo property was very clean, well groomed, and private. The condo unit matched the photos as featured in the Virbo post. Unfortunately, due to a cold front, the weather did not lend itself to swimming in the pool or the ocean (that was quite wavy) but we were able to take several nice walks along the very expansive beach front. The location of this property allowed for easy commutes to the Daytona area as well as Coco Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre. New Year's at the River Deck and Tiki Bar by the Indian River Waterfront offered good food as well as live music, which we enjoyed. Overall, we were able to shift our hopes of soaking up some sun and we were able to fill our time with day tripping. We had a nice time despite the unfortunate cold front and over cast weather.

My wife and I had a great time at the Beach Daze location. The owner communicated with me by phone as soon as we checked in and made sure I was aware of all that the house had to offer. There was everything you needed to have a good vacation, and then some! The house itself was clean, well decorated, and homey. Then there were all of the extras. Beach towels, chairs, beach games, house games, dart board, bumper pool, as well as 4K Roku Tvs with multiple streaming services. I would undoubtedly stay at this location again and plan to.
