Ocean Park family rentals

We had a wonderful time at Kristin & Rick's cottage!. The whole family was there to celebrate my wife"s birthday. We went to Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude for the three lighting, took long walks on the beach and even built sand castle with our 3 year old grand daughter. Kristin and Rick were very fast with responses to my questions. It was not our first visit. We will definitely come back.

We just had the most amazing stay at this VRBO property in Ocean Park, Maine! Our group of four adults and six kids had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The three-level layout was perfect for our two families – the top and bottom floors gave us privacy, while the middle floor was a great shared space for everyone. The top and bottom floors worked out wonderfully for each family. The bedrooms were comfy and had plenty of room for all our stuff. The only hiccup was that there was a big of a heat wave and so having no ac unit in the bottom level bedroom made it incredibly hot overnight. The middle floor was where we all came together. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. We often used big dining table and backyard patio for dinner and game nights. The outdoor shower was sooooooooo nice. It had a hose to wash our feet. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk (2 min walk) to the beautiful beach. We spent a lot of time there, and it was so convenient to have beach chairs, floaties, and even some games provided by the host. The kids had a blast, and so did we. There were also plenty of board games and things to do at the house when we weren’t at the beach. Having the general store and pizza place right behind us was INCREDIBLE. Coffee and cinnamon buns in the am and sandwiches for lunch. Pizza for dinner. The house was clean, well-kept, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Definitely going back!

We had the most wonderful stay in this house that is just perfect. Very well equiped. Waking up right by the water was amazing. Definetly coming back.

Wow! What an amazing house.....siuated right on the ocean in Saco Bay , Old Orchard Beach , Maine! The views from the upstairs balcony /seating area were amazing. The house has everything that you need for an A-One family vacation on the ocean. All 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor with wonderful ocean views from 2 of them. Within walking distance to the pier and the main street in OOB. The owner was very helpful and communicated in a timely manner. Our family could not have been more pleased with our decision to rent this property for a few days. If we ever return to this area , the Grey Goose will be # 1 on our list !

Beautiful weekend

We really enjoyed the cottage and had a great time in the sunroom. The view is breathtaking, one of the best place to watch the sun rise on the ocean. We appreciated the short walk distance to go to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage very convenient and equiped with everything we needed. We would rent again.

We stayed at Joel and Jane’s property for a week long family holiday. We were 5 grownups and 3 kids (12, 5, and 3). The space was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortably. And the sun porch was a lovely spot to read or play “Go Fish!”. I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental. Thanks Joel and Jane!
