Great getaway in the Le Marais district. It is a central location with close access to the Metro. The accommodations are spacious and airy. Our host Genevieve was very nice and accommodating to our arrival time. We had selected this place as it included a washer and dryer. However, the dryer on the washer/dryer combo was not functional, which made for a lot of air drying of our clothes. And one person ended up with the washer drum door springing open and jamming the machine, which required a service call.

Great communication and thoughtful prep for us in a really nice spot in a useful location.

Spacious, excellent facility, well stocked with all amenities. If return to Paris will want to stay at this location.

Our stay in "Elegance" was wonderful. A well appointed apartment with everything you would need to call home while on vacation. The unit was clean with a comfortable bed, plenty of towels and kitchen fully equipped should you wish to buy some groceries and/or cook a meal. Virginia was a wonderful host and welcomed us providing instruction on the details of the unit such as operating the dishwasher and washer/dryer. She provided some new slippers for my wife and I to wear in the unit, Nespresso pods for the coffee maker and a nice selection of shampoos, conditioner, soaps and lotions. An added wonderful touch was a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge. The location was absolutely perfect. A patisserie just steps out the door with the most delicious pastries. Restaurants and high end stores all within a stones throw or 5 minute walk. A grocery store, Franprix (2 locations) are within a 5 minute walk with a nice selection of cheeses and wine to enjoy in the room. The Metro station, (Saint- Paul) was within 5 minute walk and easy starting point to all of the tourist attractions that Paris has to offer. Opt to buy the tourist multi day pass as it was well worth it. The Metro in Paris is phenomenal on how well it runs and how easy it is to navigate. Honestly, the photos and description on VRBO were very accurate and we just loved the location and how beautiful it was all around the area. Very safe and exceeded our expectations. This apartment is exactly as what you see in the pictures. The host met us outside the apartment. The apartment was clean. Kitchen was well equip. Would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

My family (5 of us in total, kids aged 8,11,13)and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment for 11 wonderful days. The location is fabulous it's on a nice quiet road however within a 2 minute walk of some of the best patisseries we found in Paris. We enjoyed our breakfasts at Cafe Bonaparte and it was wonderful. The location lends itself nicely that you can walk everywhere or take a short Uber or G7 taxis for a reasonable price. Communication with the hosts are fantastic. They were able to answer any questions we had about the apartment as well as getting around the area. They also provided a nice welcome guide with restaurant recommendations and how to use the appliances within the apartment. The apartment is very nice, clean and well appointed! We were able to cook a couple of home cooked meals with the kitchen appliance and utensils supplied and enjoyed a couple early morning coffees using the coffee maker. The apartment also had a couple adapters for our Canadian plugs and chargers to plug into which was a huge bonus. I would recommend this place to anyone that is considering a Paris vacation!

Incredible apartment with lovely terrace and views. Plenty of space for 3 generations of family in 3 separate bedrooms. Incredible location as it’s a 3 minute walk to the metro and 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Be sure to check out the lovely produce, fish and meat market nearby and other small local spots to stop for groceries and supplies just steps from the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment for families with either children or seniors as there’s something for everyone! Hope to be back again someday.
