I was very pleased with my brief stay at this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Great location.......within walking distance of many interesting sites. Surrounded by restaurants and within a stone's throw of the river. Would highly recommend.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Olivier was a wonderful host - very communicative and thoughtful. The flat is well-equipped and has everything you would need for a short- or long-term stay - kitchen is well suited for actual cooking, there are full-sized toiletries, nice laundry facilities, plenty of room to unpack, and even a really good hair dryer and a straightening iron! The beds were comfy and the a/c was appreciated on really hot days. Wifi was fast, streaming services were available, also a good quality speaker for listening to music. The location was excellent - easy walking to Vieux Lyon, up to Fourvière, or across to the 1st arr. Parking was free and nearby. It feels like a flat that was renovated and outfitted with a great deal of care and attention and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this apartment!

Olivier was the best host these well travelled seniors have ever encountered.
He has anticipated most needs and has created a welcoming and well stocked apartment.
The location is prime for exploring on foot (both Old Lyon and the Place des Terreaux area).
There are many small grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and a wonderful butcher shop within walking distance.
There is a bus stop close by and easy access to the riverside Quai.
The European sized shower/sink room may be too small and awkward for some but we managed fine.
We recommend this apartment and would be happy to return.

This lovely little apartment was exactly as advertised. It's in the perfect location, has everything you might need, is functional and comfortable, and has a brilliant view out over the rooftops of Lyon from every window. A little balcony quickly became our favorite place to sit with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night.
Best of all, the hosts, Michael and Julia, were attentive, responded immediately to any questions we had, were incredible helpful with tips and information about Lyon and the wine regions around and were super flexible with timing of our check in and checking out. Michael even carried our bags up to the apartment on our arrival (because yes, it is 5 flights so if you're mobility challenged this might not be the best choice).
We actually didn't mind the stairs as we felt the exercise was good for us.
The day we left we realized we didn't have any cash left for bus fare and Michael gave us two bus tickets to use.
They were both absolutely brilliant and I highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with our stay there. The area, La Croix Rousse, is a beautiful area (cafes, boulangeries, restos) away from the downtown rush but only a 15 minute walk from there. The apartment is lightly stocked but with all that is necessary for preparing meals. The small terrace is a real treat. Located on a quiet street.
