Vacation rentals near Zappeion Hall

Amazing

Location is perfect for wanting to see the historical sights of Athens - everything is walking distance. Therefore it is on a noisy Main Street but the external powered blinds help to keep the noise out, and also the heat from the sun. The unit was spotlessly clean and the basics were all supplied; shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc in the bathrooms and coffee, tea, bottled water etc in the kitchen. Both bedrooms had safes and plenty of storage - we did find the mattresses a little firm (personal preference I know). We had an excellent taxi driver from the airport (Vanna) - she was a fantastic introduction to Athens for us. Nik is a very responsive host and when we mentioned we needed a tea towel he had one dropped off same day. My only observation would be that the kitchen could be a little better equipped with a tin opener, large chopping knife, small cereal/yoghurt bowls would have been nice and some type of cling wrap - small touches but important when you need them. Overall we were very pleased with the unit and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone wanting a very central location in Athens.

We stayed for 2 nights before flight home from Athens. The location is great for a quick trip, near the Acropolis and museum as well as lots of shops and restaurants in the Plaka. Apartment was as advertised with great AC. We would stay again!

Our stay at Tinas property was fantastic. The property is exactly as described and so close to everything. The beds were comfortable, the apartment very safe and clean and it could not be more perfect for two couples travelling together. What stood out for us was Tina as a host. She helped both couples artiving separately book transportation from the airport and then together to the cruise ship terminal with fantastic drivers. Then she also set us up with the most amazing guide to see the acropolis. Her communication and guidance go far beyond any hosts ive ever stayed with for a VRBO and she helped make our stay effortless. I would definitely stay here again on anther trip to Athens. Tina....
