The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and had a very comfortable bed. Close to everything.Nicole was very friendly and hospitable. She even left us some snacks and cold drinks. All in all it was a perfect week. We would definitely return.

We came for a short romantic surf vacation. Place was perfect wish we could have stayed longer;)

Great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of race weekend, but close enough to get to Oceanside in 20 minutes. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed the decor and special touches. The fresh eggs were delicious. Great little kitchen to cook in with all that is needed.

Marianne and Doug’s tiny home is simply lovely. Although it is a tiny home, it feels spacious as everything is so well thought out. It has everything you might need and more. Everything was clean and in like new condition both outside and in. Although we did not get a chance to meet Marianne or Doug, communication was always prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a great spot within walking distance of Encinitas town centre and the beach!

We thoroughly appreciated our stay in Escondido. The property was well situated for visiting the region, plus it offered a space and amenities to allow us to relax and recharge. It is a spacious property with gracious hosts.
