North Holland houseboats

We lived staying at the house boat! If was very well located and the hosts were very welcoming. We were even able to swim off the boat! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a cool place to stay while visiting Amsterdam!

A central location to enjoy Amsterdam’s sights. Our host was very responsive to any enquires.

What a treat to stay on this houseboat on the canal. The early mornings and evenings were especially calm and peaceful. It was definitely a great way to experience Amsterdam. In addition, the host was wonderful, it’s a short walk to public transit, plenty of places to eat nearby, or you may just decide to sit on the deck and watch the world go by.

It was a perfect location and Dana was a joy to meet and beyond kind to me and my partner. We had no trouble with sea sickness and everything was a 20 minute walk away. We loved the view, the location, and the boat itself and would stay again if given the chance.

Fake was great to work with. This location is an absolute hidden treasure so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the boats come by. In proximity to everything for walking no car needed.

The boat was very clean and close to bus/ tram routes, and coffee shops. Mofadja was quick to answer any questions, and provided a lot of info before arriving. Totally unique experience staying on the boat!

Could not imagine more fun way to stay in Amsterdam. Close to all you want to see but removed enough to be peaceful. Lovely to have a couple cold beers already in the fridge. Very nice touch to enjoy the dock very warm early September evening.
