Lovely little private spot close to the ocean and coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Perfect for two.

Needed a home for visiting family and this was perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze and all conveniences were available. Communication with the owner was prompt and he was proactive in offering information. Great stay!

We knew we'd made a great choice as soon we entered this beautifully renovated character home in Victoria's gracious Fairfield neighbourhood! Perfect for our "stay-cation" while renovating our Sooke home, the two bedroom, two level suite is very quiet, spacious, and attractive. The location combines the best of West Coast ocean and mountain vistas with access to great groceries, restaurants, etc. We loved walking through Beacon Hill Park, watching the baby Great Blue Herons hopping inn their nests. The house is in easy walking distance of the Empress, Legislative Assembly Dining Room, Zambri's and other lovely restaurants.

Our family had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful spacious home, decorated with comfort and function in mind. The Kitchen was equipped with all of the amenities of home and then some. A joy for us to cook in together! The views of the ocean were spectacular and we all enjoyed the wildlife too! Great proximity to all of the local amenities and also to downtown Victoria. we will definitely come back! Thank you so much for a memorable vacation. Andrea & Dave

Logan was very friendly in any of our conversations. The property was comfortable and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Enjoyed our time exploring this area of Victoria.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The condo was well appointed, clean and beautiful. It is centrally located and close to everything you could want to visitdurung your stay.

Amazing views of the cargo ships and freighters making their way into and out of the port of Vancouver. Walking distance of pretty much everything you could need. Very clean suite in a private home basement. Property owners living upstairs but very private for you. If you like to walk, Victoria is for you. This property is close to Fairfield and Cook street shopping areas as well as Beacon Hill Park. Highly reccommended!

Excellent accomodation in an excellent location. This Vrob will be my go to Vrob on my next trip to Victoria. I did have some difficulty accessing the internet and using the TV clicker but this was temporary. A sheet of written instructions would have been helpful along with relying on cell phone digital messages.
