Pres des plus belles plages de Basse Terre... nois avons adoré notre sejour...

We were late in arrival, due to car delays but Thierry was still there waiting for us to show us the wonderful tropical escape from the snow at home. The accommodations were exactly as shown, the bedroom’s comfy and roomy. The kitchen was spacious and had all working appliances. We did not spend much time indoors due to warmth inside bedrooms only air conditioning.Outside under awning was our standard place when not out discovering - good suggestions give by host! Pool very comfortable & needed after a day out.We really enjoyed our stay “5” stars.Suggestions - upgrade barbecue, charcoal chimney starter & a flood motion light up driveway would be helpful.Thank you for the wonderful stay

This is a lovely home and it was perfect for a family of 10. We enjoyed the outdoor space (verandah), pool and the children enjoyed exploring the property. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. It is a close walk to the beach but someone with accessibility problems should be aware that it is a big hill to walk up from the beach. We had no problems with the walk. We had everything we needed within a short walk - two bakeries, a few restaurants and a market that has basic items. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Outside and inside, this property was beautiful and peaceful. The attention to detail in the gardens and art within the house made it an exceptional experience. There were stunning views from every room and balcony. The amenities were clean perfect and an ease to use. The pool and outdoor sitting and dining areas were pristine, pretty and comfortable. I highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to visit again in the very near future! Merci! Bravo! À bientôt!

Nous avons dû regarder pas moins de 200 maisons avant d’arrêter notre choix sur la Villa Pearl pour notre séjour du côté de Basse-Terre et nous avons été enchantés de notre choix. La maison était très spacieuse pour notre famille de 6 (2 adultes et 4 enfants de 16@21 ans). La cuisine est équipée comme nous avons rarement vu lors de location, ce qui rendait la préparation des repas très agréable. Le BBQ était pratiquement neuf et très propre, la machine à glace est un petit bonus très appréciable pour préparer les boissons ou les bouteilles pour les randonnées. La très belle terrasse, à l’abri de la pluie nous permettait de vivre à l’extérieur, un des plaisirs de la Guadeloupe. Les lits étaient très confortables et la literie de très bonne qualité. Le quartier est très tranquille et très bien situé pour profiter de toutes les activités que Basse-Terre a à offrir. Plusieurs très belles plages à 5-10 minutes de voiture. Par contre, il faut savoir que la maison est située à environ 2km de la route principale et qu’on y accède en montant une rue très escarpée. Il n’est donc pas possible, voire dangereux, de penser aller à la plage à pied. Christina est une hôte très accueillante, qui nous donne toutes les informations nécessaires et qui répond très rapidement si nous avons une question. Nous recommandons cette propriété sans aucune hésitation.
