Our family of 5 stayed May 5 to 12th, 2025 and our ages ranged from 21 to 55 years. We all agreed that we thoroughly enjoyed the island. The rental was clean and just as it was listed. We loved being right on the beach at ground level for convenience to the amenities and snorkelling. The pull out couch was very comfortable, and we spent each evening on the patio which was our favourite part of the property. The host was very responsive and he recommended Moses J. Who transported us to and from the airport and stopped at the grocery store for essentials prior to arriving. We were delayed a day due airline issues, and Moses took care of us even though our plans changed on short notice. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were very good. No complaints. Would definitely rent this property again

We have been to Roatan many times but always stayed at West Bay which has become over run and really noisy over the years. We were so happy to find this wonderful beach house to stay in which was anmazing and had everything we were looking for - comfort, quiet, great hospitality, well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Much better snorkelling just off their pier than West Bay too. We didn’t leave the property the entire time, just swam with the fishes and chilled out! Highly recommend!

We were 2 couples for 2 weeks in Casa Tortuga. It is one of the best quality rentals we have had in all our travels both in Europe & Caribbean. From the tropical decor, well equipped kitchen, screened in porch with ocean view, to the bbq, lots of beach towels, and good Internet/wi-fi. The location is an easy walk to restaurants and shops including groceries, fresh fruit/veg market and alcohol. The on-site Property Manager Luke was very helpful & quick to respond to any needs/questions. The day security guard during our stay was Lisette who was a daily source of positivity and is an asset both to West Bay Village & her profession. Communications with the host before our stay were promptly answered, and there were no surprises or disappointments.

Perfect vacation with kids. Between the pool (very kid friendly), the beach proximity and all the extras in the home our stay was great. Very communicative and genuinely concerned with our stay. Close to west bay and west end

Probably the best location in Roatan! Luke was a great host, very helpful, chill and kind. 75paces (30seconds) to the water. Amazing snorkelling accessible from shore just to the left of the dock, fun area for playing in the waves just to the right. Loved hanging out in the hammock on the patio in the evenings under the beautiful, tranquil canopy. Lots of comfortable living space inside for our family of 4. There is 24hr security at most places along West Bay, including West Bay Village, and we felt very safe at all times. Unit had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked most of our meals at the unit which was easy with the well stocked kitchen. Luke arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and we added a stop at the grocery store (Eldons) near the airport for an extra $10. We found two convenience stores in West Bay with a smaller selection but adequate for a few extra things during our stay. Would love to come back!

Well appointed and clean. Amazing location! The beds were super comfy and the whole building was recently updated and beautifully decorated. Luke was incredibly helpful. We always felt safe. Thank you so much! We will be back!!!
