We loved the house! It fit our family of 10, with separate family spaces. A wonderful kitchen with everything we needed. The concierge service was GREAT!! They booked our transportation to and from airport, several trips to golf and to town!. We had a great caterer Victor, and enjoyed massages as well! The pool area with great loungers, Umbrellas as required and new BBQ, outdoor and rooftops furniture to watch the sunrise and sunsets and the whales too!

Our group of 13 fit perfectly in Villa Kanga. We all had such a wonderful time, and our concierge Mary was super easy to get in contact with when we needed. The house and all outdoor areas are stunning, and even bigger looking than in photos. Sun all day out on the pool deck, with a nice breeze that comes through the outdoor dining area. And a lovely beach just a walk away. We did have a couple issues come up, occasionally the toilets could be a bit finicky to start, and the water throughout the house would shut off in the middle of the night for a while. There was also only one set of keys for our whole group which could be a bit tricky when we wanted to split up in the day. However, we still absolutely recommend staying here, it’s incredible!

We selected this villa based on it's wow factor views, safe location, and famous reputation in Cabo as the jewel of Pedregal. We were a group of 13 and were blown away on arrival. welcome cocktails, a cheerful and welcoming team dedicated to making our stay incredible. The moment that your group walks through the dramatic entry the pacific views will take everyone's breath away. The pictures simply can't do justice to the luxurious bedrooms with their seating areas, balconies, and ensuites. The infinity pool juts over the pacific ocean like it's a superhero mansion. By the last day however, your stay will no longer be about the villa - you'll have a tough time saying goodbye to the team. Top tier chefs, servers who have honed their craft at some of Cabo's top restaurants, and concierge service that begins the moment you reserve. Thanks to Mike and Valeria who had the villa set up exactly as we wanted on arrival, from sleeping arrangements to food and drinks. Every morning, we retired from our pool parties to our private rooms, and by the time we awoke to fresh coffee and mimosas, the housekeepers had already silently cleaned the entire villa for us. Finally wow. Thanks to Karim Roberto and Francisco, who turn the villa into a Michelin calibre restaurant. Fresh ceviche using the fish we caught, a steak and lobster dinner that several said was the best meal they've ever had, and the breakfasts and appetizers were incredible, presented and served as pros.

This property was a perfect setup for us…We are a family of 8 adults and 1 infant and we stayed for a week. Everything about this home went beyond our expectations! The pool area is amazing, the views were unbelievable and the kitchen was completely perfect for our needs. We would return here in a heartbeat!

Just book it! It's not just about the property, it's about the people. We chose this property to celebrate a very special family occasion. My dad turned 70 this year and we wanted to do something over the top as a family. It was a little more than we wanted to spend, but it seemed like a great location on a beautiful beach. It's always nice when your expectations are exceeded. All of the rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. We loved the charm of the home and the layout worked well for 3 families including an infant. They even brought in a crib from storage to make our stay more comfortable. We spent most of our time on the expansive main deck with covered areas to hide our white Canadian bodies from the sun. The kids loved the pool and got up the courage to find the "secret" entrance from the top deck into the pool. We walked the beach daily and commented several times how our beachfront was so well protected and swimmable. My son and I snorkeled several times out front. Some days were average but on a couple of occasions it was clear and there were tons of fish to see followed a sea turtle for a while (If you are a snorkeler, check out Santa Maria Beach). The plapa near the beach is a great place for morning journaling and meditation. Or... coordinate a beachside massage while listening to the waves. Incredibly, the beach was NEVER busy. We felt like we had our own private beach. What made our trip special was the incredible service from Maria, Ugo, and Cecilia. Originally, I stupidly tried to negotiate the service out of the deal (you can't, and you don't want to). The days felt so much longer when you didn't have to cook and clean up after breakfast and lunch. I'm pretty sure Maria was disgusted by the amount of Guacamole and Pico de Gallo we were able to consume! But she never mentioned it and just made us more. Maria and Ugo were so good at anticipating our needs. I bought a case of beer at the store and then looked at my brother and said, "I guess I should have put the beer in the fridge." My brother said, "check out the cooler, Ugo already has it on ice for us". Cheers Ugo! Beds were made, rooms were cleaned, towels were folded, laundry was done. Fishing trips were booked, pizza was ordered (in Spanish), massages scheduled on the beach, groceries we didn't know we needed were purchased! IT WAS AMAZING! I would highly recommend this property!
