Vacation rentals near Clew Bay Archaeological Trailhead

Not only is the studio beautiful but Aine and Joe’s surrounding property is full of beautiful gardens and a view of fields and forests. Check in was easy and the apartment was equipped with everything you might need. Hands down our favourite stay of our trip. Lots of things to see and do nearby!

We had an amazing stay at Westport. The location of the property is extremely central. Easy to walk to various locations. The three bedroom were very spacious. Cleanliness was exceptional and the host was always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property sits on a fantastic location on a coast road just outside of Westport and approx 10 mins drive to all that town has to offer. Close by, there are also several pubs and restaurants offering great pints and hearty pub grub. The owners, James and Mary, undertook an extensive modernization of this bungalow type building during lockdown and it has been a project well executed. The house is warm, bright and airy and deceptively large. It comes equipped with all the features and appliances to make it a home away from home, with 3 double bedrooms, one of which is an ensuite. If you are looking to stay in the Westport area with Mayo and Connemara at your doorstep, you won’t be disappointed with this property.

A true joy to stay in such a well designed and beautifully appointed home…well beyond our expectations. Claire was a superb hostess with a fun sense of humour and easy instruction on the use of the household appliances…of which there were more than can be dreamed of!
