This property has one thing going for it — the fact that it’s on the bigger sideThere are minimal amenities in the property at all in fact, they don’t even have paper towel and limited.toiletries. Everything is very dated in the property and not looked after well. In my opinion. — I don’t think whoever ever looks after this property gives much care and providing good customer experience.

We stayed two nights at Barbara and Fabio's wonderful property before boarding a cruise with friends. The location was absolutely perfect, giving us a wonderful kick-off to our vacation. We could see and do so much by foot, and the surrounding restaurants were amazing. Communication with our hosts was also exceptional. We highly recommend this property.

This place is wonderful! It is a clean and bright apartment that is tastefully furnished with modern amenities and provides a comfortable place to unwind. The equipped kitchenette has a professional looking gas stove, nice oven and dishwasher. All the dinnerware and utensils are clean, perfect condition and ready to use. Everything works here – even the wifi is great! This is perfect for smaller families. There is great attention to details which makes it feel more like a home rather than a hotel. There is a small grocery store right around the corner and pharmacies are close by. It is in a safe neighborhood that is frequented by tourist families. There are hardly any cars as the street is narrow and filled with pedestrians and outdoor tables of surrounding restaurants. The numerous restaurants in the immediate area offer a good selection of dishes and most are not expensive (Pizza for around 15Euros). The location is amazing as it is just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and the designer shops (Chanel, Dior, etc). There is a huge McDonalds right next to the Spanish Steps. This apartment is also only a couple of blocks away from regular shops and a massive apple store. The owner is super nice and considerate. She is easily reachable and responds quickly to inquiries. She helped arrange for a taxi pickup at the airport which is very helpful after a long flight and absolutely no knowledge of Italian. A big thank you to the owner! We had a fantastic vacation!

Our group of six (3 couples) spent 4 nights here in May 2024. The apartment was very spacious, the rooms nicely decorated and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well outfitted. The hosts were helpful before our arrival, met us as agreed upon at the apartment, provided suggestions on where to eat and get groceries. They also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well during our stay. There is a grocery store 2 doors down from the building, an excellent cafe right next door. The metro and the Spanish Steps are only a few minutes walk. You can also walk to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. We would stay again!

We were SO fortunate to fall on this listing for a last minute family trip to Rome, this apartment is absolutely perfect in every way.The best part is that you are central to every possible site you will want to visit. From our booking to our departure, the host was super helpful and available to assist us. Rosie (guest services) was so gracious and kind, the first thing our kids said when she left was "we feel like this is our home!".This appartement has ALL the amenities you could think of with all the comforts of home. Our family especially appreciated the art, old maps, games,and numerous books and literature throughout the appartement. We had convinced ourselves that all we needed was a place to rest our head at the end of a day of visiting, but quickly realized that we had been very wrong. With high heat warnings and temps going up to 45C during our stay, we were so grateful to have made the choice of this appartement. We would run back every afternoon to cool down in the AC and enjoy the space and amenities. The times shared here and the beauty of Rome and this special appartement will stay in our hearts forever. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for the time

We spent six days in this lovely apartment. Valeria and Mario were wonderful hosts who were very attentive and responsive. The layout of the apartment was terrific for two couples, each with our own bathroom; the kitchen was well equipped and the living room comfortable — great space for the four of us. The apartment is only a two-minute walk to the Spanish Steps, but we loved the little side streets. The apartment is almost on the corner of Via Vittoria where there are some great restaurants, shops, an organic market and a grocery store. A wonderful experience. Grazie, Valeria and Mario we so enjoyed staying in your apartment while we explored Roma!
