We had a great stay at the Apartment Alice. Stefano and his daughter were onsite at our arrival to welcome us and explain everything about the apartment. The apartment is well furnished with everything you could need. We were surprised it had a laundry machine and a dishwasher. Pictures and description are accurate. However, the sofa bed was not as comfortable as we would have hoped. Location is good, near the train station, walking distance to the tram/bus and 15 min walk to the centro. Grocery stores at walking distance are small, but bigger ones are a few bus/tram stop away. Communication with Stefano through the stay was excellent. We loved our stay in this beautiful city and would not hesitate staying again.

The apartment is very comfortable. Lots of hot water and two well appointed bathrooms. Kitchen equipped with almost everything you need. Within walking distance to just about everything or take the bus if you wish. The only thing with the bus is you cannot load a card and use it. They do give 90 minutes time.

Check in was easy, Theresa, met me at the apartment and gave me very good instructions on how to operate the stove and washer/dryer.
She gave me a little tour around the flat. I was very comfortable, the bed was perfect for me. Everything you need in a flat.
It is also close to groceries, the tram is just a 5 minute walk away and 5 minutes on the tram you are in the Center.
Definitely recommend, and when I am next in Direnze, I would definitely stay here again.!

Great apartment close to trains or a walk into the centre of Florence. Not super well equipped but good enough given that most of the time you will eat out. Host responsive. Beds comfortable. All good.

We had a great stay in Florence. Location was decent. Close to public transit. Only issue we ran into was the loft was super warm. Found that lower space was cold but it never rose to the loft so we slept with no sheets. Everything was super clean and modern and it was fantastic.
