the place was clean and in excellent condition. It is located next to a water taxi stop making it convenient for all travel. Rita and Mateo we so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. they were always ready to answer any question we may have had. I would absolutely recommend their acommodation when staying in Venice

We decided to stay in a vrbo instead of a hotel to get an authentic experience. This place was just lovely. Close to nice restaurants without the price of being in the Center of the tourist area. The vaporetto was very close and easy to take to major attractions or if your like my husband also about 30minute walk to Rialto and the doge palace. The walk is part of the experience and a great way to enjoy the city. We loved our stay and our host responded immediately to our questions and was a great help.

Cristiana has created a small treasure in the center of Venice. While an apartment in an old Venetian palace is a remarkable find, Cristiana has designed a warm and comfortable home for travellers: beautiful furniture and artwork, a stack of helpful guide books, slippers for tired feet at the end of the day, and a quick response to every question. The apartment is centrally located between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco, so everything is close and easy to find. Shopping, from groceries to handmade goods, are outside the front door. Best of all, the best pastry shop and gelateria in the city are only a few steps away! Cristiana is the best host I have met on my world travels and I send her my thanks for a wonderful vacation.

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. Sergio,the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Prosecco upon our arrival. The home is a 5 minute drive from the town center and grocery stores.

A lovely, well-appointed apartment - the photos don't do it justice. An easy stroll to markets, cafes, restaurants, groceries, gelato (!), and vaporetto stops. Thank you, Riccardo and family!
