Vacation rentals near Scuola Grande di San Marco

Cristiana has created a small treasure in the center of Venice. While an apartment in an old Venetian palace is a remarkable find, Cristiana has designed a warm and comfortable home for travellers: beautiful furniture and artwork, a stack of helpful guide books, slippers for tired feet at the end of the day, and a quick response to every question. The apartment is centrally located between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco, so everything is close and easy to find. Shopping, from groceries to handmade goods, are outside the front door. Best of all, the best pastry shop and gelateria in the city are only a few steps away! Cristiana is the best host I have met on my world travels and I send her my thanks for a wonderful vacation.

This is an exceptional property with a wonderful host. It's much larger than it appears in the photos, clean, and well-equipped. We found the universal power adapter particularly helpful and we've never seen that before in any rental accommodation. Terrific friendly and helpful host to greet us too. Excellent communication and very patient with my phone issues. Highly recommended, in a great location in Venice.

More authentic apartment in quieter part of Venice. Close to everything. Comfortable stay for our family with canal view. There was a few mosquitos per the time of the year but we were provided with repellent and zappers so they weren’t a bother. Couldn’t figure out the washer but that’s likely just us and we didn’t really need it so we never bothered the host.

The host was fantastic! He provided great recommendations for our various needs and even found us when we were were wandering around trying to find the property on arrival! The property was in a fantastic location, clean, and was nice and quiet at night.

I literally loved living in this studio. I stayed there for a month. I leave it with regret and highly recommend it. It is set back from the alleyway and therefore enchantingly calm (because of the greenery). I felt very safe there. Stefania's welcome is exceptional. She takes the time to explain to us how the devices work. There are all the necessary accessories for cooking. The furniture is solid, functional and comfortable. Stefania had prepared an annotated map of the city annotated with these recommendations although there is also a booklet. She responded quickly to all my questions to find products. The property was exactly as advertised. In fact many aspects (the kitchen being a good example) exceeded expectations. I'd stay there again without hesitation. Location was very good. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Stefano could not have been more helpful, and quick in responding to the many questions I had about the accommodations, local restaurants, and the best transportation option for getting there.
