We were a total of 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The open air main living area was perfect to gather in and the views were spectacular. Communication with Luke and Patricia was great and we received quick responses. We had Marla come with her brother to cook us a meal and it was awesome and very reasonably priced.
This house is a perfect location to walk to the Rinconada or to Zicatela!
We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Puerto Escondido!

The apartment is bright and airy, with huge, comfortable beds. Spartan but adequate kitchen, and two large, clean bathrooms. The cherry on top is the rooftop patio and pool, with a stunning view of the sunset over the Pacific and hammocks for lazy morning coffeetime. The friendly staff even came and cleaned for us twice.

We absolutely loved our stay at this dreamy property. We were a large group of 12 friends and there was ample space for all. So incredible to have this gorgeous pool and incredible view to ourselves - a peaceful retreat in the vibrant local community. The property was even better than pictured/expected. We felt like royalty. Thank you to Miguel, Gema and all who made our stay so wonderful. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice, unique home in a great location. Well equipped. Beds are comfortable which can be rare in Mexico. Only drawback is the 58 stairs from the ground floor to the rooftop lounge area. It didn't bother us but might be tough on some people. Eduardo the groundskeeper is very nice and helpful.

Such a wonderful spot. Close to all beaches and restaurants. We walked everywhere!
Loved the palapa and pool areas too. Ate all our meals up in the palapa and yoga there every morning. So restful and welcoming.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and well equipped. The views were breath-taking. Having the option to pay a little extra to use the A/C is great, because even with the ceiling fans it does tend to get hot in Puerto Escondido, depending on the time of year that you visit. Jeremy (owner) and Lisette (property manager) were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely return!
