Vacation rentals near Paseo de Montejo

We stayed there for couple of days to discover the Mayan ruins. Ideally located near Merdida Centro, this apartment is very well equipped and decorated.I recommend it for your stay in Merida.

Nothing in life is actually perfect, but Casa Cocrodila was perfect for our needs on our trip to Merida in just about every way. The house itself is large, interesting and extremely well decorated. It really is like living in a home as opposed to a rental. It's very well located - of the numerous trips to Merida we have concluded that one really does need to have a rental car. The manager was responsive friendly and extremely helpful.

Casa de los Cuates was a private and peaceful stay in Centro Mérida. The house maintained its historic character with all the updates needed for a modern and comfortable stay. The decor was especially unique and thoughtfully done. We immensely enjoyed the back gardens though we did need a lot of mosquito spray! Comfortable and clean, truly a memorable stay. Check-in and communication was also excellent.

Staff was helpful and readily available. Property was even nicer than the photos. Location was great. We highly recommend staying here!

This unit is exactly as pictured. Francisco was an attentive host and was quick to respond when we contacted him. We arrived late and found homemade tamales and cake in the fridge. Very nice!! There is so much more positive things I could say, but then this review would be very long. I will definitely stay here again. Gracias Francisco for a well designed, comfortable place to stay.

This is an amazing property, a small oasis in downtown Mérida. A wonderfully renovated space and garden carefully curated by Steve and Sandy, both artists. Many of Steve's large paintings hang on the walls, so it feels like a private gallery of great artwork. The garden, yard and pool area was most relaxing, and waking up to the sounds of bird calls with the soft breeze coming thru the screen doors was a bit of heaven. Highly recommended, would definitely return often...
