Delfshaven vacation rentals

This apartment is five stars all around. Great location, incredible view and attentive owner. Coffee and some fruit provided and grocery store right out the side of the building. We stayed for 4 nights.

Excellent accommodation! Very quiet and well-located.

The place was lovely - we were delayed due to some flight changes and the hosts were amazing with their understanding and flexibility. We loved being close enough to everything to enjoy it, but far enough away that it wasn't too busy. Check in and check out were SO easy, couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you again for our home away from home. Such a treat... only thing I would note is - no AC, which was totally expected, we just happened to stay during a very hot week but with all the windows open you got a good cross breeze :) Should we ever venture that way again - we would not hesitate to reach out for another stay. We found the narrow and dark stairs very challengin. No hair dryer and bathroom floor was very slippery.. Larger towels would have been nice. Extra bkankets shoukd be in the cupboard- not asked for.

The apartment was lovely and the location perfect (2 tram stops from Rotterdam Centraal). My only comment would be that it could do with brighter lighting - both on the stairs up to the flat and in the evening within the flat (in daytime it's beautiful and bright with big windows). We always carry a flashlight and it got plenty of use.

Great location, beautiful place, but our stay was for five days and some of the basic necessities would have been great, like toilet paper, the kitchen was in great supply but lacked dishes soap ,hand soap was there but empty, salt pepper empty ,overall enjoyed ourselves, Thank you

I regularly come to rotterdam for barbering classes at The Old School Barber Academy by Schorem on nieuwe binnenweg and find different stays each time. This apartment was was SUPER close to the academy, only took me about 10 minutes to walk in every day. Super easy to get in and out of the city center by foot. Lots of restaurants in the area and shopping. If you’re not used to older buildings you may have to fuss a little with the lock on the front door initially but once you’ve figured out the sweet spot you won’t have any problems getting in and out. The stairs are steep and tight, but that’s how most of the building in rotterdam and Amsterdam are. Getting large luggage up the stairs on your own will be a workout but if you’re having a longer stay it’s worth the effort. Homeowner provided a complimentary bottle of sparkling water as well as a Heineken in the fridge and the cupboards and pantry were stocked with dishes, cookware and salt and pepper, sugar, vinegar, seasoning, coffee and tea. The unit is on a main road so there is some noise pollution but I personally love rotterdam so much and it doesn’t bother me. The window in the bedroom also looks out onto the neighbouring buildings and courtyards in the back with lots of foliage so it feels like there’s a quieter escape space right in the apartment. Clean sheets and towels were provided, bed was comfy, Would stay again.
