Nice portable hot tub is a lovely addition to add to the charm of this little fully supplied 1 bed studio. I would suggest listing directions in point form so important points aren't missed when explaining access to the location.It's a fairly steep hillside staircase, so best not to bring too many heavy bags with you.

When you come to this place, just make sure that you will get wherever you want. Terry and Dyan the best. You always can ask and get the answer about Ucluelet, special places, or just any help if you will need. Very responsive and not intrusive .

What a quaint comfy modern cottage with such a peaceful vibe. Cottage details nicely done. Open concept perfect for 2. The private deck with Rufous hummingbird visits was so special in AM and PM. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Brad!

The suite is clean and well organized with everything you need. The garden outside the suite entrance is gorgeous. The area is peaceful and beautiful with the ocean just steps away. We enjoyed biking and walking in the neighborhood and have no hesitation in recommending it as a place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jim’s place, being directly on the beach was wonderful, listening to the waves crashing at our doorstep and watching and listening to the eagles and seals. Jim’s place was immaculately clean with modern decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had great sleeps during our time there. The kitchen is fully equipped & having the BBQ on the deck was lovely. The living room furniture was comfortable to sit and take in a movie or show on the smart TV. There is a nice wood-stove there for the colder months. The bathroom shower had really good water pressure and we appreciated the extra towels. We really liked the privacy of the tall fence around the property, we felt very safe at this rental and we will definitely book it again. Having screens on the windows and in the deck sliding door was nice to let in the fresh ocean air. We recommend Jim’s place 100% - if it’s available, book it you won’t regret it. The Tiny House suite more than met our expectations. It was very tasteful and of high quality, as well as of a comfortable size. Our host was very helpful and checked to see we had everything we needed. The small deck would be ideal for enjoying the view during a warmer time of the year.

This is our second stay on the property, but first time in the Rose Cottage, and it was everything we could have hoped for. The cottage is sparkling clean and comfortable, the mattresses are AMAZING, the fireplace was even perfectly stacked for our first fire. The yard is gorgeous and private - our dog loved being able to run around in the grass, sniffing all the smells and chasing the odd rabbit off into the bushes. We slept like babies every night and enjoyed views from the yard, both beaches, and all the little lookouts along the trails. We even saw otters and a couple seals! Ray popped by to check on us- he’s such a kind man, and really puts his heart and soul into keeping this place beautiful. Kristi checked in via text and was available if we needed her (but everything was perfect, so we didn’t have to reach out at all during our stay). It really was just such a great stay. Thank you for everything! We’re already looking forward to coming back again next year :)
