Shipyard Plantation pet-friendly rentals

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities located in a beautiful scenic area and is as described. The kitchen has everything needed and the living areas are spacious and lovely. The beds are very comfortable and each room having an ensuite is a lovely bonus. The hosts were incredibly responsive and wonderful to deal with. High recommend and we will definitely go back. Thank you Joel and Shelley for sharing your terrific home.

We stayed at this property in Mar/Apr 2024 and it was all we had hoped for and more! Very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The large wraparound deck with an amazing view of trees and the golf course was a great place to start and end each day. The location is perfect and just a very short walk to the beach which we enjoyed every day. Can't wait to return!!!

This is an end unit and was very quiet. Spacious property and each bedroom has its own bathroom. New appliances and Grill [BBQ]. Property manager was incredibly responsive and communicative. We rented bikes and it was a short [10 min] bike ride to Coligny and the beach. We were two adults and two adult teens and there were multiple places to hang out so the kids felt they didn't have to be with us 24-7. Unit well equipped in kitchen and with beach gear [chairs, umbrellas, towels]. Weather was awesome and we had a great stay.

Great condo...well equipped. Very comfortable beds and a nice back porch. The unit was as photographed. No surprises, would come back again. Excellent communications with the host (Alex).
