The apartment has what my family need during our 3-week stay. The complex is gated, and the location is close to the supermarket, bakery and an awesome Gelato place. The apartment is walking distance from the beach, the view of the pool and ocean is 5-star. Noel the owner is very responsive and provided me with the information I needed for our family vacation. I do not speak French, but Noel and I used Google translate to communicate by email. I communication with Noel prior and during my stay therefore I felt welcome and comfortable with my booking. Eric is the property manager of the place, I also communicated with him using text. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Guadeloupe! Eric est le gestionnaire immobilier de l’endroit, j’ai également communiqué avec lui en utilisant le texte. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour en Guadeloupe !

The appartment is small but was super functionnal our family. Nicely designed, open to the yard and view on swimming pool. Perfectly furnished and well equiped. The location is perfect, quiet area and lots of yard space while being very close to the St-Anne's main street and beach ("Plage du Bourg"). On top of it, Rosy and Jean-Michel are awesome host who welcomed us with open arms and helped with everyyhing that we needed. We are definitely going back.
