Lovely decks and pool area. Walking distance to town for restaurants, casino, stores, etc. Close to the beach to jump in the waves. Lovely beach bar & restaurant close by. Host always reachable.

She goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. There wasn’t a single question she couldn’t answer, and she even arranged our taxi service with VJ Taxi, which was a huge help. Professional, kind, and dedicated—she’s a top-notch host!Taxi Service: VJ Taxi was exceptional. Not only did he provide reliable transportation, but he also gave us a fantastic island tour, took us for groceries, and even ensured we had a great casino night. He was always there when we needed him—friendly, knowledgeable, and a true highlight of our trip.Groceries & Beach: The grocery store was conveniently close, making it easy to stock up. BEACH : was serene and beautiful, and we explored nearby beaches as well—each offering a breathtaking experience. The water was like a dream! Faclities: From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The space was even bigger than the photos suggested, impeccably clean, and fully equipped. We cooked three meals a day for six people and never lacked a single thing—it had everything and more!Housekeeping: Ranika, who took care of the towels and cleaning, was an angel. She does her work with such care and precision, making our stay even more comfortable.This home was perfect—well-situated, beautifully maintained, and an absolute dream to stay in!!!

Bob is one of the best hosts you will come across. The place was fantastic. The deck with the private pool overlooking the ocean was the winner here. A short 5-10 minute walk to Maho. The place reminded me of a cottage. Has a nice rustic feel to it. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean.kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of drinking glasses. Beds were comfortable. Bin was a gracious host who met us and checked us in. He was there if we had any questions but was not intrusive. He leaves you alone unless you need him. I would stay again with Bob next time I visit the island.

Perfect location in Simpson Bay, 2 steps from the beach. Lovely upper patio to watch sunsets. Owners very friendly and helpful!

The location was great, choose walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Pool and beach on compound. AC worked great. Had a full kitchen available. Apartment was very spacious and host was very easy to communicate with. Would absolutely return here.

This is our 4th time to this property and we consider it perfect for pur needs. Its close walk to the ocean or restaurants and a grocery store. Its quiet and clean and safe. The owners are very responsive and the manager a real gem

What a beautiful spot!! The condo was everything that Sylvia promised and more. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, pleasantly stocked with spices, coffee and even a bottle of wine. Sylvia provided so much information regarding restaurants, attractions and she was incredibly prompt with her messages to any questions. I loved the beach access, patio with beach views, private sitting area and pool just around the corner. This place was just wonderful :)
