Lake Mary rentals with pool

The four of us stayed for 3 nights. Check in was easy and place was clean. Very roomy with everything needed for our stay. Close to a Walgreens, and some restaurants. Just across the street from the new Epic park. We had a great stay and next time we are in the area would use again.

What a fantastic home this is indeed. The host had everything ready, things I didn't know we wanted/needed what a nice touch. From reading all the reviews this place got about how great the host was .. I really wanted to try to pay it back and let him be for the week .. and manage on our own and yet they kindly checked in via verbo. They knew we were having a Disney trip and already had the Disney princess balloons .. kids absolutely loved everything about the house and the Disney parks. Everyone's favorite part of the trip was this beautiful home & our host who was always at the ready . Thank you so very much highly recommended! From a young family of four

We were here for a golf trip the property was as expected, the backyard was amazing. Communication with the property manager was good when you were three days out, but next to impossible to get questions answered upon booking. We would’ve used the backyard more if the pool had been heated and needing to text in order to get the hot tub turned on was inconvenient if you wanted it started later at night and forgot to let them know in advance. The kitchen was a good size, but the equipment in the kitchen needs updating in order to cook properly. The master bedroom only has drawers so you’re not able to hang up any clothing, but these are all minor things. There is a lot of pride in ownership and the backyard is absolutely outstanding. If we find ourselves in Lake Mary again we would likely rent this property.

It is a 10 minute drive north of the international airport, and only about a 30 minute drive to the major Orlando attractions It is a gated, moated very quiet complex of condos and private houses. We loved the security and the quiet, zen like atmosphere. There are lots of units, but it is divided into several neighbourhoods, each with its own pool and character. There is a quality, updated golf course, and a great clubhouse with its own massive pool as well as a restaurant, bar , gym and library. Happy hour in the clubhouse is fun, welcoming and inexpensive. Many of the units available for rent are older, and ok, we have stayed in two of them. This third year we found a fantastic unit. It is on the ground floor, in the quiet Southpointe neighbourhood, and is beautifully renovated. It features granite counters, tile floors, leather furniture, a genuine KING bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom, three TV’s; as well as air conditioning , a nice ‘Florida’ room and a fully and completely equipped kitchen. It is VRBO # 504312, owned by Jan Dorwath; who is a thoughtful and considerate host. The place is spotless everywhere. Even though it is only ten minutes from the airport, in our three weeks we only heard an airplane once or twice.; and that was when we were outside. I stayed for 4 nights. This property is clean, comfortable and close to everything I needed. Jocelyn was very quick to respond to any questions. The yard is beautiful, with comfy patio loungers, pool, fireplace…. It really is all I needed and more. I’ll be back!!

As soon as we walked in to the unit we knew this was the right choice. The attention to detail and pride of ownership shows. The unit smelled freshly clean and had a true ‘home’ feel. Ed was quick to respond to all messages and always friendly, even at the later hours. Checkin instructions were well thought out and perfectly clear. I will absolutely be staying at this property again, and you should too!
