Wow! There are no words to describe Nick and Cathy's home. It is beyond incredible and is a perfect, idyllic spot. Book it immediately, you will NOT be disappointed! They are wonderful hosts and their home is well-equipped. It's comfortable and welcoming.The whole process was easy and pain free and their property manager was so kind and helpful. My family and I had the most relaxing and fulfilling time together. It was the perfect. We are still speechless and will remember our time there with great fondness. Thank you so much!

Just returned from a fantastic getaway to Ricks property,Located in a beautifully landscaped & quiet condo community ideally situated very close to local eateries,grocery stores & beaches. My multi-generational family stayed at this beautiful property for a week. The owner and her on island property manager were fabulous to communicate with. The home is well appointed with amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, and lots of board games to entertain in downtimes. Plenty of space for family meals and hangouts. The common areas are open air which was such a treat to feel the warm breeze all day. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has comfy beds. The pool is a great size and super private from neighbours (with slide and diving board, too!). They arranged (very quickly!!) for the new BBQ grill which we thoroughly appreciated for cooking at home meals. Thank you Katie and team for a wonderful stay - we’ll be back

What a beautiful, private and quiet place to relax and soak up the sun. The accommodation is first class with a private pool and separate building with kitchen to enjoy morning coffee. The on site restaurant was wonderful as well with great quality food and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a couple or family.

We are a party of 3 couples and were looking for a property on the beach. What attracted us to this property was the view !!!! We spent hours lounging in the pool and gazing out at Nevis. All items were as depicted in the listing. Everything worked well and the house was very well supplied with all the necessaries. There was tonnes of space and seating areas for the 6 of us if not more. The bedrooms were spacious though the beds were on the soft side for our liking. It is a 10 min trek down to the beach house and seems longer on the way back - but having the full kitchen and honour bar by the beach made logistics much simpler. The property is isolated from the main part of the island - there are only a couple of restaurants near by and only 1 that stays open late. Otherwise you do need a car to get around and to other eating options or supermarkets. The hosts and property manager (Franklyn) were great - very responsive and attentive. They provided so much information about the island - sites, eating, supermarkets, activities - all in a handy PDF and book in the house. We took advantage of many of their recommendations and werent disappointed. We would recommend staying here - you will be glad with your choice. Thank you to the Pereria Family !

Richard and Penny's stunning little cottage was one of the most romantic spots we have ever stayed. Loved the cottage and the decor was out of a magazine. VIEWS out of this world, magic to wake up every morning and have the view we did. Words cannot explain! And yes the honor bar is real, fully stocked is awesome! THANK YOU. LOVED IT!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful location for 5 days while getting our daughter settled in at school. This spot had everything that we needed and was clean and very quiet. Owner was friendly and helpful. She had suggestions for where to eat and even gave us some numbers for good local taxis. I would highly recommend this location for your next visit to St. Kitts.
