The building, facility and our penthouse villa was absolutely breathtaking and perfect! The pictures depict this luxury villa very accurately! Wonderful unit, exceptionally clean, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds and sofa, amazing balconies with glass railings overlooking a dreamy view of the ocean! Perfect pool and court yard. Alex even cooked us an amazing fish BBQ to die for! Alex is well connected and arranged dinners at the Coal Pot, Big Chef, and even helped arrange excursions so we didn't have to wait around trying to make bookings! As a host he was super friendly and made us feel like family at home! Alex also provided fresh ripe mango's daily from the mango trees on the property, as well as a fresh papaya grown on the property as well. Totally over the top property for luxury, location, view, cleanliness, friendliness, atmosphere, and size! Will visit again and will keep in touch with Alex!

My husband & I stayed 6 nights at this Marigot Bay apartment and just loved it!! Highly recommend! The apartment is spacious & clean & comfortable. And the windows!! So many windows all with views of the bay & the water! And the most lovely breeze blows through the apartment to make it feel so comfortable. We loved the balcony && watching all the activities in the bay but also loved how quiet it was at night. Beautiful place & best location. We hope to enjoy it again one day! Pauline the property manager is so helpful & willing to help with questions or booking a driver to pick you up. We really enjoyed our stay!

We are so happy we booked Lumiere. What an amazing spot and we want to go back.For our trip, we rented a car from UVF. The drive is a bit hairy but we managed. The host offers to figure out drives if that’s what you prefer. Took us a bit over 2 hours. There is a grocery store right at the last roundabout before you head toward Vigie. It’s only about a 3 min drive away. The property itself is secluded, secure and close enough to amenities and restaurants that you don’t feel so far away. The proximity to the smaller airport and the large cruise port was initially concerning, but like previous reviewers commented, it actually became a source of entertainment. We loved watching all of the catamarans, boats, small planes going by. Don’t be discouraged by this! You’ll love it and still feel like you’re in your own private spot. Property is tastefully decorated, loads of space and the view is unmatched. We spent most of our time enjoying coffee down on the lower deck or relaxing in the pool.There isn’t a sandy beach on this property but there is water access. The water is so warm and my husband loved to snorkel. Vigie beach is so close if you want some white sand. All of the towels, kitchen amenities, pool floaties, snorkelling gear are there. The only thing I would have liked was an extra blanket. Bed and pillows are otherwise very comfortable. View from your morning wake is spectacular.Communication with owner Chad and host Dayna was easy and friendly. Book this place!!

Myself and 3 female friends stayed at this Villa for 7 days. We wish we could have stayed a month. It is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, competes with Positano. The 180 deg view will take your breath away any time of day or any weather. Kris was an excellent host, very responsive. Ivy was a delight and pleasure to see through the week. We had Eike cook us 2 meals and they were our best meals, he needs a Michelin star. We went down the hill to Body Holiday for a day (walking is taking your life in your hands), had 2 wonderful massause come in that were fabulous, very professional. We ate at Naked Fisherman and The Cliff, highly recommend both, and went to Rodney Bay for lunch and a little shopping. I highly recommend this idyllic place.

It was a perfect situation for our needs. Everyone was lovely and our questions were answered promptly. The food was great. The only area of opportunity is pool floaties or noodles!

Great place close to stores and restaurants and beach and pool was like having our own we were the only ones using it the whole 2 weeks we were there and Dylan was great any questions or inquiries were dealt with promptly highly recommend

We loved everything about our stay...the condo was perfect...everything you need is supplied. It was quiet and clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the pool and the landscaping is just gorgeous. I can't say enough about Wilbertha, the property manager. One of us had an accident while there and she took such amazing care of us!! Overall an absolutely amazing experience 😁

We had a group of 7 stay at Michael's place for SLU Carnival 2024. From our first day he was so helpful making sure we were covered with taxis and able to get around easily. Our group LOVED the villa! The location was peaceful but still close enough to all the action. The property exceeded the photos and we had everything we needed inside. It was spotless on arrival and spacious with multiple showers which allowed the group to get ready quickly for back to back fetes. We had an amazing authentic Lucian breakfast prepared by his fabulous cook/house keeper Luciana. Endless, breathtaking views made for perfect pool and outdoor experience. Everyone was sad to leave it behind...our trip was special and one we will never forget thanks to Michael's kindness and hospitality! Don't hesitate, don't miss out....book this place!
